i ISHA stands behind the quality of our 925 sterling silver jewelry. We offer a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects and plating issues only, from the date of delivery.
Please follow care instructions provided with the delivery set.
What is Covered
- Manufacturing defects in the silver or craftsmanship
- Plating issues (such as significant fading or peeling under normal use)- Provided the jewelry care instructions are followed.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or damage due to accidents
- Resizing of rings or jewelry
- Lost stones or components
- Any damage caused by improper care
How to Claim
Email us at connect.i.isha@gmail.com with photos of the issue and your order details, or initiate a return through the website. We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
All our jewelry comes with an authenticity certificate, care instructions and BIS hallmark where applicable.
